Our brokering listing service is unique from others in that we do not require an exclusive listing . When you agree to allow us to try to sell your business, you are only agreeing to pay for our services in the event that we introduce you to the buyer and facilitate the transition (place a valuation on the business, prepare all sales documentation, manage negotiations on the terms and or price of sale and arrange for a successful closing.

Our service is free until closing. If you don't sell your business to one of our buyers, we don't get paid.
